Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling designs for property listings, social media campaigns, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Develop visual concepts, design layouts and graphics aligned with brand guidelines
- Produce marketing collateral for online and offline channels
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Listing teams
- Refine branding elements, manage typography and imagery
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution
- Ensure consistency and high quality output across all visual content
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance property marketing and support campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation
Requirements
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating marketing materials for real estate or similar industries
- Skills in Logo Design and Branding
- Skills in Typography and layout design
- Proficiency in industry standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Previous experience in real estate marketing or property focused design, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams on site
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred

Role Description
