- Knowledge of print ready artwork preparation including CMYK, bleed, safe margins, die line, Pantone, and resolution
- High Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design preferred

Role Overview
- Exotic Colors is looking for a Graphic Designer with strong experience in printing, packaging, label design, and branding materials.
- This role is not limited to social media design; the selected candidate must be able to create and prepare professional artwork for print production, packaging, product labels, brochures, flyers, advertisements, brand materials, and retail marketing visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare creative designs for packaging, labels, stickers, product sleeves, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Create and adapt brand related materials while maintaining consistency with the company and brand guidelines.
- Prepare print ready artwork and coordinate with printing suppliers, agencies, and external service providers when required.
- Design layouts for marketing campaigns, retail displays, product promotions, and communication materials.
- Create or incorporate illustrations, images, and layouts that match the required brand theme and communication objective.
- Review final layouts, identify design or production issues, and suggest improvements before final approval.
- Support the Marketing Department with social media templates and other design requirements when needed.
- Submit design concepts and final artworks for internal approval.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in printing press, packaging design, label design, branding agency, retail product design, FMCG / cosmetics / beauty / lifestyle brands, advertising or production design.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in packaging, labels, stickers, brochures, flyers, posters, and print materials.
- Good knowledge of print ready artwork preparation.
- Must understand CMYK, bleed, safe margins, die line, Pantone / color matching, resolution requirements, print ready PDF export, file preparation for suppliers/printers.
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.
- Knowledge of social media design is an advantage, but social media design alone is not sufficient for this role.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have a portfolio showing packaging, print, branding, or product related design work.
- Must be detail oriented and able to follow brand direction.
- Must be able to manage design revisions and prepare final artwork accurately.
- Must be creative, flexible, and able to support urgent marketing requirements.
- High Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design is preferred.
Salary
- AED 3,000 AED 4,500 per month
