Role overview
The Graphic Designer creates high-quality visual content supporting the hotel’s marketing, branding, promotional, and communication activities.
The role covers digital and print materials and ensures creative work aligns with brand identity, visual standards, and marketing objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and hotel communications.
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, menus, advertisements, presentations, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Create content for the website, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, and Operations teams.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with printers, photographers, agencies, and suppliers.
- Maintain design assets and brand materials, retouch images, and manage multiple deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional Graphic Designer experience.
- Hospitality, tourism, retail, or marketing experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing content.
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color, branding, and visual communication.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and deadline management.
Additional skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge is an advantage.
- Motion graphics, video editing, or photography knowledge is an advantage.
