π― Job Summary
The Designer is responsible for preparing professional graphic designs, company presentations, project presentations, company profiles, formation documents, website graphics, digital content, corporate documents, promotional material, social media creatives, video content, and AI-assisted design outputs for internal and external business use.
The role requires creativity, speed, accuracy, discipline, branding awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The Designer is expected to support management, IT, development, commercial, project, HR, and operations teams by preparing high-quality visual, presentation, video, and documentation material as per business requirements, including urgent assignments when required.

The Designer shall report directly to the
It System Engineer
- for daily task coordination, task follow-up, documentation control, file management, IT-related coordination, and work tracking.

- for urgent presentations, company profiles, project documents, websites, graphics, videos, corporate branding, management requirements, and business-critical assignments.
- π οΈ Key Duties and Responsibilities
- 1. π¨ Design professional graphics for company websites, landing pages, social media, internal announcements, corporate campaigns, events, exhibitions, trade shows, and office use.
- 2. π Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for management, projects, clients, investors, tenders, proposals, meetings, and corporate reviews.
- 3. π Design, format, and update company profiles, business formation documents, project documents, technical presentations, corporate brochures, and official business documents.
- 4. π§© Create project presentation layouts, proposal visuals, tender graphics, submittal designs, diagrams, flowcharts, charts, dashboards, timelines, and executive-level visual content.
- 5. βοΈ Support management and departments by converting rough ideas, handwritten notes, text, technical content, or verbal instructions into professional visual documents.
- 6. π Create graphics for websites, web banners, user interface mockups, landing pages, online campaigns, and digital media while maintaining company branding.
- 7. πΌοΈ Design marketing and promotional materials including posters, flyers, banners, event material, certificates, invitations, digital cards, corporate announcements, and internal communication designs.
- 8. π¬ Prepare corporate videos, promotional videos, AI-generated videos, motion graphics, basic animations, reels, short business clips, and presentation videos as required.
- 9. π€ Use modern AI tools for design, image generation, video generation, content enhancement, background removal, mockups, presentation improvement, voiceover support, and creative production.
- 10. π§° Work with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, PowerPoint, Figma, AI design tools, AI video tools, and other relevant creative applications.
- 11. π·οΈ Design visual imagery for promotional content, websites, presentations, and corporate documents while ensuring consistency with company branding, colors, logos, font style, and corporate identity.
- 12. π‘ Develop logos, poster layouts, commercial content, branding concepts, website graphics, and creative visual options whenever required.
- 13. π₯οΈ Assist with website content updates, layout improvements, page graphics, banners, image optimization, and coordination with web, ERP, frontend, and development teams.
- 14. π€ Work closely with management, IT, ERP developers, sales teams, project teams, HR, operations, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver final design output.
- 15. π Create diagrams, workflows, organization charts, process charts, project timelines, dashboards, management visuals, and visual reports for office and executive use.
- 16. π Maintain editable source files, final files, backup files, design folders, proper file naming, version control, and organized records for all design work.
- 17. π Revise designs based on management feedback and deliver updated versions quickly, accurately, and professionally.
- 18. β Ensure all designs are professional, clean, modern, corporate, brand-compliant, and suitable for executive-level presentation.
- 19. π Support urgent work related to company events, management meetings, board presentations, investor materials, project submissions, client submissions, tenders, corporate announcements, and business requirements.
- 20. π§Ύ Prepare presentation templates, document templates, design layouts, visual themes, and standard branding material for company use.
- 21. π¨οΈ Support office requirements such as printing coordination, document formatting, presentation arrangement, visual boards, signage, and internal design material.
- 22. π Follow all company policies, reporting requirements, working hours, attendance rules, confidentiality requirements, file management rules, and management instructions.
- 23. β±οΈ Support urgent design, video, presentation, website, and documentation requirements outside normal working hours when business-critical deadlines, management requirements, tenders, events, or client submissions require it.
- 24. β Perform any other design, presentation, website, video, documentation, branding, or digital content work assigned by the IT System Engineer, Technology Manager, Head of IT, or management.
- β Required Skills and Competencies
- π¨ Strong graphic design and layout skills.
- π Excellent PowerPoint and corporate presentation design capability.
- π Good knowledge of website graphics, banners, landing pages, and digital content.
- π¬ Ability to create corporate videos, reels, short videos, and basic motion graphics.
- π€ Good knowledge of AI design, AI image, AI video, and creative automation tools.
- π·οΈ Strong understanding of branding, typography, colors, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- βοΈ Ability to convert written, technical, or rough content into professional visuals.
- β‘ Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines.
- π£οΈ Good communication and coordination skills.

- π Qualification and Experience
- π Education:
- Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Web Design, IT, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
- π Experience:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, corporate documentation, website graphics, video editing, digital content creation, or multimedia design.
