Responsibilities
- Creation of new product designs, including logo design (labels/packaging/product inserts)
- Adjustments and optimization of existing labels, packaging, and product inserts
- Design of print materials, such as flyers
- Creation of mockups, including preparation of product images (e.g. for online shop, Amazon)
- Digital image editing / retouching / photo montage
- Supporting the marketing team in achieving communication goals
- Cross channel design of advertising graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
- Design of promotional graphics for the shop, newsletter, Google Ads, Turbo, etc.
- Co development and implementation of our corporate design
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (optional), Visual Communication, or a related field
- Excellent proficiency in common graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ideally, professional experience in a similar role (a combination of creative graphic work and commercial/operational management of a department)
- Hands on mentality with ability to maintain and continuously improve processes and workflows
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a high degree of creativity

About Your Role
- We are currently looking for a talented and creative graphic designer who brings both a strong sense of aesthetics and a sharp eye for detail.
- The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and able to translate ideas into visually engaging designs.
Your Responsibilities
- Overview of long term projects, seasonal events, and current tasks
- Prioritization and coordination of tasks within the team
- Ensuring high quality results, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines
