**Position Overview:** As a Graphic Designer at Webcor Group, you will collaborate with our Creative, product development, and corporate teams to create compelling and visually appealing graphics that align with our brand's vision and objectives.
Your work will span across various platforms, including digital and print media, packaging, and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior designers and the creative Manager to develop and execute design concepts for product packaging, promotional materials, corporate presentations, and digital content.
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, animation and other marketing materials.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of branding materials, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and techniques relevant to the FMCG and agro-industrial sectors.
- Ensure all designs adhere to Webcor Group's brand guidelines and standards.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to team members and stakeholders.
- Revise designs based on feedback and requirements, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts.
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (internships or freelance work in FMCG/agro-industrial sectors are a plus).
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects…).
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity, preferably with examples relevant to FMCG/agro-industrial products.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively.
