The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high‑impact visual communication across marketing, sales, and corporate channels.
This role requires a strong blend of conceptual thinking, technical execution, and an eye for premium real estate positioning.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and using both traditional design tools and new AI‑powered workflows.
At peak periods (such as major launches and key campaigns), the role may require occasional extended hours to ensure high‑quality and timely delivery of materials in line with business priorities.
Marketing & Sales Collateral
- Conceptualize and execute high‑impact marketing and sales materials, including brochures, presentations, advertising creatives, social media content, website visuals, and email campaign assets.
- Develop property‑specific materials such as floor plans, masterplans, fact sheets, investment decks, and launch collateral with strong attention to detail and premium positioning.
- Create clear, visually compelling layouts that communicate complex information (pricing, investment returns, masterplans, amenities) in a simple, aspirational way.
Branding & Project Identities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities for new real estate projects and sub‑brands, including logos, visual territories, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure that all project branding aligns with the overarching corporate brand while reflecting the unique positioning of each development.
Creative Ideation & Campaign Development
- Propose original creative ideas, visual directions, and campaign concepts that support launch campaigns, always‑on marketing, and brand‑building initiatives.
- Translate briefs and strategic direction into refined visual solutions that elevate brand perception and support commercial objectives.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and marketing team to develop moodboards, visual territories, and design systems for new projects and sub‑brands.
Brand & Visual Consistency
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints, strictly aligning with approved brand guidelines, tone, and positioning.
- Develop and maintain design templates, component libraries, and style guidelines for internal use (presentations, sales tools, internal communications).
- Continuously refine visual standards to keep the brand feeling premium, modern, and aligned with market benchmarks.
Gifting & Branded Experiences
- Conceptualize and design premium gifting solutions, including branded merchandise, packaging, and set compositions that reinforce project and corporate brand positioning.
- Develop creative concepts for VIP, investor, and partner gifts that enhance the overall brand experience and support key commercial moments (launches, handovers, events).
Digital, Motion & Emerging Media
- Adapt and optimize designs across platforms including digital, print, large‑format, and multimedia formats.
- Produce motion graphics, animations, and short‑form video content for social media, digital ads, and presentations when required.
- Collaborate with CGI teams to integrate renders and 3D assets seamlessly into marketing materials.
Ai & Workflow Optimization
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate workflows, generate concepts, enhance visuals, and improve overall creative efficiency.
- Experiment with AI‑assisted image generation, layout suggestions, and content variation while ensuring outputs stay on‑brand and high quality.
Collaboration & Production
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, copywriters, CGI teams, photographers, videographers, and external vendors to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Prepare print‑ready and production files, coordinating with printers and suppliers to maintain quality control and production accuracy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
- Present design rationale clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders, while remaining open to feedback and capable of refining and elevating concepts based on Head of Marketing and stakeholder input.
Research & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on design trends, AI advancements, and real estate marketing benchmarks to continuously enhance creative output.
- Monitor competitor and international best‑in‑class real estate brands to inspire new visual approaches and ensure the brand remains differentiated.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within real estate, property development, architecture, luxury, hospitality, or related premium sectors.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- High‑end marketing and sales collateral (brochures, decks, fact sheets).
- Social media and digital campaign creatives.
- Brand‑consistent, system‑driven design (templates, guidelines, or design systems).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud:
- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (mandatory).
- After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for motion and video editing (strong plus).
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling.
- Proven experience preparing print‑ready files and working with printers (bleeds, color profiles, finishes, large‑format, OOH).
- Experience designing for digital channels (web, social, email) and understanding of formats, resolutions, and platform best practices.
- Demonstrated use or strong interest in AI‑assisted design tools (for ideation, variation, or production acceleration).
