Graphic Designer

CRWD Marketing Agency is looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our growing team in Dubai.

We are looking for someone with strong agency experience, a sharp eye for modern design, and the ability to create content that performs across social media, branding, campaigns, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should also be confident in using AI tools and prompt writing to support creative ideas, speed up workflows, and enhance visual concepts.

Create high-quality social media designs, campaign visuals, presentations, branding assets, and digital marketing materials.

Develop creative concepts that align with each client’s brand identity, tone, and marketing objectives.

Design static posts, carousel layouts, story creatives, ad visuals, pitch decks, and other marketing collaterals.

Work closely with the creative director, social media managers, content team, and production team.

Translate client briefs into strong visual directions and polished design outputs.

Use AI tools and prompt-based workflows to support concept creation, visual ideation, mockups, and design enhancement.

Maintain consistency across all client accounts while adapting to different industries and brand styles.

Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, AI creative tools, and agency best practices.

Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.

Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, branding, campaigns, and digital content.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design platforms is a plus.

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital ad formats.

Experience using AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.

Ability to write effective AI prompts for creative concepts, image generation, mood boards, and campaign ideas.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.

A designer who is creative, fast, reliable, and confident in presenting ideas.

Someone who understands how agency work moves, can handle multiple brands, and knows how to combine design skill with AI-powered creativity.
