Position Summary

Workplace and Schedule

• The position is full time.
• The role is located at Um Al Saneem Street in Doha, Qatar.
• The position is not remote.

Design Responsibilities

• Design and produce advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures, and presentations.
• Maintain familiarity with customer demographics and develop an appropriate look and feel for promotional and event collateral.
• Monitor project progress, maintain project files and archives, and communicate status updates to project teams.
• Execute printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, file manipulation, and layout.

Service and General Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, and respond to guest concerns according to company standards.
• Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, comply with quality standards, and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Graphic Design is preferred.
• Three to five years of graphic design experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is listed.

Physical Requirements
