Graphic Designer (Developer Background)

Role Purpose

Brand and Creative Design

• Translate briefs, campaign objectives, and project information into visual concepts and finished artwork.
• Apply corporate and project visual systems consistently across materials.
• Develop layouts, icons, graphic elements, and brand assets.
• Improve creative work through typography, hierarchy, composition, and visual consistency.
• Protect brand integrity and flag inaccurate, outdated, low-quality, or unapproved assets.

Digital and Campaign Design

• Design social posts, stories, carousels, reel covers, paid advertising creatives, display banners, and campaign graphics.
• Create assets for email, WhatsApp, SMS, landing pages, websites, and lead-generation forms.
• Adapt concepts across sizes, formats, languages, and audience segments.
• Work with marketing, social media, content, web, and media teams to deliver campaign asset sets.

Print, Outdoor, and Event Artwork

• Design brochures, flyers, fact sheets, payment-plan sheets, floor plans, forms, roll-ups, sales collateral, and stationery.
• Prepare artwork for billboards, hoardings, kiosks, exhibition stands, roadshows, signage, and large-format uses.
• Supply print-ready files with correct bleed, crop marks, resolution, color mode, linked assets, fonts, and dimensions.
• Review proofs and coordinate with printers, event agencies, and suppliers when assigned.

Presentations and Project Support

• Design company profiles, investor presentations, project proposals, pitch decks, award submissions, and corporate materials.
• Turn complex information into layouts, infographics, maps, charts, tables, timelines, and presentation templates.
• Create launch, sales, roadshow, exhibition, recruitment, construction update, and internal support graphics.
• Retouch, crop, color-correct, composite, and enhance renders and photography while preserving accuracy.
• Maintain organized source files, packaged artwork, links, naming conventions, and approved exports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline; exceptional equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least five years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house, agency, or comparable fast-paced environment.
• Experience with a real estate, property, hospitality, luxury, architecture, or other premium consumer brand.
• UAE real estate experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with digital campaign assets and technically correct print or large-format artwork.
• Experience designing multi-page brochures and senior-management or investor presentations is essential.
• Professional written and spoken English; bilingual English and Arabic layout experience is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign proficiency is mandatory.
• Advanced PowerPoint design skills covering editable templates, charts, tables, master slides, and executive presentations.
• Strong knowledge of typography, grid systems, page layout, image treatment, color, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Strong prepress knowledge, including CMYK and RGB workflows, resolution, bleed, crop marks, packaging, proofing, and large-format setup.
• Adobe Acrobat and Figma are preferred.
• AI-assisted design, motion graphics, video editing, or basic UI asset production is advantageous.
