What You’ll Be Doing
- Create high-performing social media designs (Instagram, LinkedIn, ads)
- Develop branding concepts & visual identities
- Design campaign creatives that convert (ads, landing visuals, thumbnails)
- Work closely with the content & marketing team to bring ideas to life
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Deliver fast, clean, and on-brand work under deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio is a must)
- Based in Abu Dhabi
- Strong skills in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva (for fast execution when needed)
- Understanding of:
- Social media design trends
- Ad creatives that generate leads
- Familiar with AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
- Arabic & English is a strong advantage
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience in real estate or marketing agencies
- Ability to design with marketing logic (not just aesthetics)
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and branding
- Speed + consistency under pressure
