- Create brand identity assets: illustrations, icons, and graphic systems
- Produce internal branded materials: Slack visuals, templates, comms assets
- Design platform native digital assets optimized for social channels
Requirements
- 4 6 years of relevant design experience
- Proficiency in AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent)
- Figma for design systems, component libraries, and scalable templates
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to translate complex data into compelling visuals
- Understanding of brand systems and visual consistency
