Program Overview
- Our National Graduate Training Programme provides graduates with an approximately 18 months training programme enabling them to assume a role as a first line supervisor.
- Preference is given to graduates in the fields of engineering, but other disciplines are considered based on the needs of the organisation.
- A customised development plan is prepared for each graduate trainee, comprising on the job training, technical skills development, and management and leadership competency development programmes.
- Each graduate trainee is assigned a mentor and regular progress review meetings are held.
Program Details
- To train and prepare graduate trainees from colleges and universities for their target positions.
- The Graduate Trainee Program aims to develop high potential UAE nationals to become future leaders at EGA.
- The trainee will go through various methods, and will focus on practical and leadership/supervisory skills.
- Familiarization within the trainee's designated department for one month to gain a general knowledge about each section's functions and main responsibilities.
- On the job training for the remaining period is geared towards their target position.
- Once the trainee has successfully completed the program he or she will move to their target position.
