Responsibilities
- Manage day to day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail) in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation (both digital and physical)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Support different departments with administrative tasks and coordination
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring availability at all times
- Assist with data entry and database management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients, providing a professional first point of contact
- Ensure adherence to company policies and assist in improving administrative processes
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic language skills, both spoken and written
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proactive, professional and customer focused approach
