As a Graduate Software Developer, you will get to learn and work with modern tooling, and complex software platforms with strong software architecture patterns. You'll play an important part in contributing to the health, code quality, and designs of these systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver and support scalable, high-value solutions.
In this role, you will:
Help with the scaling of our compliance and support operations through automation, reducing manual overhead and risk.
Ensure seamless system reliability with a balance of preventive upgrades and quick issue resolution.
Write clean, maintainable, and reliable code while adhering to established coding standards and SOLID principles.
Incorporate secure coding practices and follow cloud security guidelines to protect customer systems and data.
Leverage AI tools and autonomous agents to scale your impact, automate routine tasks, and accelerate delivery.
Support infrastructure efficiency and cloud cost-optimisation initiatives.
You’re a passionate learner and problem solver with keen attention to detail, who has a degree in Software Development or similar. Important skills and experience include:
