We are seeking a graduate student intern to support our Talent, Engagement, and Inclusion team across three focus areas: talent attraction and candidate experience, employee engagement action planning, and leadership development program support.
The intern will take on meaningful project work alongside experienced managers and cross-functional stakeholders, with opportunities to apply and develop skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, communications, recruiting enablement, and people analytics.
Given the collaborative nature of the role, the intern will work across multiple managers and stakeholder groups and will be expected to manage their own time and priorities effectively.
This role will be based in West Hartford, CT.
