Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and collection budgets for the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop channel partners, including government departments, architects, consultants, builders, and contractors.
- Conduct seminars and workshops to educate and engage clients on our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the team with any additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local area (Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Dehradun) and its market dynamics.
- Technical background or relevant qualifications (B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Age bracket: 30-35 years.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
