We are seeking applications from Civil Engineering candidates who are due to graduate end of 2026 to join our two-year Graduate Program commencing early 2027.
Through our structured two-year development program, you'll gain hands-on experience, work alongside industry leaders, receive dedicated mentoring, and develop the technical, commercial and leadership skills needed for a successful career in construction
This is a great opportunity for motivated candidates to start their career in our Pre-Contracts team, where major infrastructure projects begin.
You’ll gain hands-on experience learning how projects are priced, planned, and won, from developing tender solutions through to submitting successful bids. As projects are awarded, you will transition to site-based roles and join our construction delivery teams, gaining experience across the full project lifecycle. The timing and location of these opportunities will vary depending on project requirements.
This role will help you build practical skills, industry knowledge, and an understanding of the commercial and technical factors that drive successful project delivery, providing a strong foundation for a career in construction.

In your final year of study for a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, graduating end of 2026
Demonstrated work experience through industry placements, internships, vacation work or other employment
Passionate about civil construction, eager to build a long-term career in the industry
Motivated, proactive and willing to learn from experienced industry professionals
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, can-do attitude
Hold a current, unrestricted C-Class Driver Licence
Have access to your own reliable transport
Willing to travel or relocate to project locations as opportunities arise
Committed to working safely and contributing to a positive team culture
