Manage complex contract negotiations, scope changes, claims and disputes across head contracts and high-risk subcontracts, ensuring compliance with the Security of Payments Act

Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams to ensure positive, commercially sound project outcomes
Drive commercial risk management and financial performance by maximising profit margins, mitigating contract risk, and ensuring governance in reporting and decision-making

About the role

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Commerce, Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Business or other associated disciplines
- 7 years’ experience in commercial and contract administration gained on construction, engineering or associated projects
