Maintain and organize project documentation in line with company procedures. Receive, review, and distribute documents such as drawings, reports, and correspondence. Ensure proper version control and document numbering across all project files. Support the team in updating document logs and tracking the status of submissions. Ensure compliance with internal standards and client-specific documentation requirements. Provide general administrative support related to document handling and archiving.
