Job responsibilities
• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and integration processes.
• Assist in managing and maintaining databases to ensure data is accurate, secure, and accessible.
• Work with cloud-based technologies and tools within AWS to support data storage and processing.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to understand data requirements and business needs.
• Help develop and maintain data models, documentation, and reporting structures.
• Monitor data quality and investigate issues to ensure reliable and trustworthy data.
• Support the automation of manual data processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Learn and apply best practices in data engineering, data governance, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Contribute to projects that improve the scalability and efficiency of the organisation's data platform.
• Structured onboarding and mentorship from experienced Data Engineers.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud and data technologies.
