Key Activities
- Support engineering teams in design discussions, technical reviews, and project execution activities.
- Review specifications, datasheets, and tender or bid documents to understand customer requirements.
- Assist with techno-commercial proposals and quotations for products and solutions.
- Prepare and update general arrangement and manufacturing drawings, including legacy or redrawn drawings.
- Perform quality checks and self-reviews for accurate and complete deliverables.
- Use Solid Edge or similar 2D/3D engineering systems for design and documentation.
- Conduct basic engineering calculations and apply standard engineering practices.
- Support Global Change Notifications and other engineering updates.
- Maintain project documentation and records according to IMS and company standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Track assigned tasks to meet deadlines and business objectives.
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, Metallurgy, Mechatronics, or Production Technology.
- Minimum academic score of 70%.
- Strong team-player capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.

- Ensure customer requirements are understood and met in all outputs.
- Follow a First Time Right approach in engineering and design activities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Support efficient project execution through coordination and record-keeping.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
Reporting and Relationships
Reports to the Team Leader.
Works with cross-functional teams, the Senior Supervisor, and the Applications Team.
Consults with the Drawing Office.
Supports engineers in project proposals and execution.
