- Support year end closing procedures and account balance rollover
- Review bank reconciliations for all university bank accounts
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide required financial data
- Train new employees on the financial system

Job Description
- Prepare various monthly and quarterly financial reports for the Ministry of Finance and other internal/external parties
- Maintain the chart of accounts (FOAPAL) and update financial document approval tables
- Update and monitor user permissions in the financial system
- Prepare for year end closing procedures and roll over account balances to the new fiscal year
- Prepare the final account draft for the ended fiscal year
- Review accounts through control reports to ensure general balance and no errors in document posting
- Review and examine bank reconciliations for all university bank accounts
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide required financial data for audit requirements
- Participate in committees, work teams, and meetings with other units
- Train new employees on the financial system
- Assist and support employees in resolving workflow issues in the financial system
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
