Our M&A advisory practice includes representation of sophisticated private equity firms, small businesses and defense tech leaders in government contract aspects of M&A transactions.

Morrison & Foerster’s Government Contracts practice is seeking a mid-level lateral associate to join our growing and vibrant team.

• You have 2-4 years of transactional experience (a focus on mergers and acquisitions preferred) with demonstrated interest in government contracts and aerospace/defense.
• You have outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials.
• You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.
