Producing and consolidating governance reporting to ensure information is accurate, complete, and clearly structured

Experience supporting governance committees, management forums, regulatory oversight activities, or control frameworks
Strong experience preparing reports, meeting materials, governance documentation, and executive-level presentations
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and governance cycles
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality documentation and records
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
Experience working in a regulated environment or supporting compliance, risk, or governance programs
Organized – You excel at coordinating multiple activities, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining high-quality outputs.
Detail-Oriented – You take pride in producing accurate documentation, reporting, and governance records.
Collaborative – You build strong working relationships and effectively support stakeholders across the organization.
Accountable – You take ownership of deliverables and consistently follow through on commitments.
Continuous Improvement Focused – You look for ways to improve governance processes, reporting quality, and operational effectiveness.

This role offers a salary range of $86,400 to $111,800 per annum . The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
