- Manage end to end committee and meeting processes including agendas, packs, and governance documentation
- Attend meetings, record minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow ups
- Coordinate resolution circulation and maintain accurate records of decisions
- Maintain committee calendars, annual schedules, and governance timelines
- Act as a key liaison between committees, senior management, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and aligned with governance requirements
- Handle committee correspondence and respond to internal queries professionally
- Prepare high quality reports, minutes, resolutions, and governance materials
- Support corporate governance framework implementation, audits, and compliance activities
- Manage corporate filings, regulatory submissions, and maintain governance records
