Role Overview
Lead and grow a Google Cloud technology practice for enterprise and mid-market digital transformation initiatives.
Own technical leadership, client consultation, delivery quality, team development, and commercial growth across cloud engagements.
Technical Leadership and Delivery
- Provide deep technical leadership across Google Cloud Platform solutions, architecture, and delivery engagements.
- Drive end-to-end delivery aligned with business requirements, technical standards, quality expectations, and budgets.
- Support complex engagements through hands-on troubleshooting, architecture reviews, and technical escalation management.
- Design scalable, secure, and architecturally sound cloud solutions with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Clients, Sales, and Growth
- Support go-to-market initiatives, client pursuits, proposals, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts with sales and marketing teams.
- Provide strategic technical guidance and executive-level consultation on cloud transformation initiatives.
- Drive new client acquisition, pursuit leadership, pipeline growth, and strategic account expansion.
- Develop strategic partnerships within the Google ecosystem and represent cloud capabilities at client and industry events.
Team and Practice Leadership
- Lead and mentor high-performing Google Cloud engineering teams while fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Coordinate project estimation, planning, resources, and delivery timelines for successful project execution.
- Maintain expertise across the Google Cloud ecosystem, cloud-native technologies, modernization strategies, and partner programs.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise across Google Cloud Platform solutions, architecture, and delivery engagements.
- Proven success selling professional services, cloud solutions, and digital transformation services within enterprise environments.
- Ability to provide executive-level consultation and lead technical teams.
