**Job Title:** Logistics Director – Supply Chain & Industrial Projects (Heavy Lifting & Project Services)

About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced logistics leader ready to take on large-scale industrial and project-based operations in a fast-growing company?

SLP Industrial Lifting & Project Services LLC is seeking a **Logistics Director** to lead end-to-end logistics, supply chain coordination, heavy equipment movement, and project cargo operations in Doha.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will directly influence operational efficiency, project success, and customer satisfaction across complex industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all logistics, supply chain, and transportation operations for industrial and project cargo
Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, and delivery timelines
Coordinate heavy lifting operations, equipment mobilization, and oversized cargo movements
Manage third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and transport contractors
Ensure compliance with local Qatar regulations and international shipping standards
Optimize warehouse, storage, and distribution processes
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance metrics
Lead, mentor, and develop logistics and operations teams
Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution

Requirements

8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or project cargo operations
3–5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role
Strong background in industrial logistics, heavy lifting, or project-based transport
Experience in GCC or Middle East logistics environment preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive logistics operations
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
