About the Opportunity

At **Beyond Organic Growth Labs**, we help global and regional brands scale through data-driven digital marketing strategies.
We are looking for a **Google Ads Specialist** who can build, manage, and optimize high-performance campaigns that deliver real business growth.
If you love working with data, optimizing ROI, and scaling campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube—this role is for you.
This is your chance to work in a fast-growing performance marketing environment where your ideas and strategies directly impact client success.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, create, and manage **Google Ads campaigns** (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns for **ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversions**
- Set up and manage **conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4)**
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Continuously improve campaign performance and reduce wasted ad spend
- Collaborate with creative and SEO teams for integrated marketing strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in **Google Ads / PPC / SEM campaign management**
- Strong understanding of **conversion tracking and analytics tools (GA4, GTM)**
- Ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation and eCommerce results
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Google Ads Certification is a plus
