- Coordinate tee times and manage daily golf operations to optimize flow and reduce wait times
- Welcome and assist golfers, providing information on course rules, etiquette, and services
- Prepare and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and in good working condition
- Assist with scorekeeping, registration, and event coordination as needed
- Monitor the golf course for any safety concerns or rule violations and address issues promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Support merchandising efforts including restocking of pro shop items and assisting members with purchases
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and equipment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods and perform light physical activities
