Role Overview

Responsibilities
- The Golf Green Keepers are responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including mowing, watering, fertilising, aerating, and pest control.
- They help maintain the course s landscaping features such as trees, shrubs, and bunkers.
- This role also requires attention to detail in repairing turf damage, maintaining pathways, and assisting with irrigation management to preserve the lushness and consistency of the golf course.
Turf & Course Maintenance
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough areas using specialized turf maintenance equipment.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in accordance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Perform aeration, topdressing, and turf repairs to support healthy grass growth.
- Maintain bunkers and sand traps by raking and ensuring proper sand depth and drainage.
- Monitor and report signs of turf diseases or pest infestations promptly.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on mowers, tractors, sprayers, and irrigation systems.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, serviced, and stored correctly after use.
Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines when handling chemicals and operating machinery.
