Project description

Manage, support, and continuously improve the GoldenSource SaaS-based Enterprise Data Management platform.

Ensure application stability, integrity, and efficiency for business-critical Global Markets data flows.

Coordinate internal teams and the vendor while supporting FAB IT governance and security standards.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain GoldenSource application health and performance.
Oversee data ingestion, validation, and distribution to downstream systems.
Manage incidents, root cause analysis, and escalations with GoldenSource support.
Coordinate change requests and releases with documentation and communication.
Monitor automated data quality checks and reconciliation processes.
Maintain compliance with ITSM, ORAP, and business continuity protocols.
Serve as the operational liaison between FAB and GoldenSource.
Collaborate with GMO, MRM, Finance, and technology stakeholders.
Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and incident logs.
Report performance and issue resolution to management.
Maintain timelines and high platform availability.

Required experience and qualifications

5+ years of IT operations or application support experience, preferably in financial services or data management platforms.
Hands-on SaaS application experience, ideally with GoldenSource or a similar EDM system.
Familiarity with AWS, open-source technology stacks, market data, and reference data workflows.
Experience with vendor coordination, SLA management, ITSM, automation tools, Python, or Bash.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
English proficiency at C2 level.

Preferred qualification

ITIL, AWS, or SaaS operations certifications are a plus.
