Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Golang.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and gRPC services.
- Develop scalable microservices and integrate with internal and third-party systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Leverage AI-powered developer tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, debugging, documentation, and test case generation while validating AI-generated outputs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Golang.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and gRPC .
- Good understanding of Goroutines, Channels, and Concurrency.
- Basic understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Familiarity with Redis or caching mechanisms.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good to Have
Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
Experience in FinTech, Payments, or Banking domain.
Familiarity with AI-assisted software development workflows and prompt engineering.
