- Advise clients on visa options and requirements for multiple countries, including tourist, business, student, and family visas.
- Review and prepare documentation, assist with application form completion, schedule and manage visa appointment bookings.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities or embassies as needed.
- Conduct eligibility assessments and provide clear guidance on immigration rules and processes.
- Track application statuses and communicate updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and stay informed on changing visa regulations.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance client experience.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of tourist visas and business visas, including immigration issues and country specific requirements.
- Experience in client facing consulting, providing tailored guidance and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
- Attention to detail in reviewing documentation and managing application processes.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic or Hindi) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in visa services, travel, or immigration consulting is preferred.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and manage a high volume of cases efficiently.
