Global Solution Marketing Director, Oil & Gas

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Demonstrable experience marketing to, or working within, the Oil & Gas industry

Proven track record in B2B enterprise software or SaaS marketing - ideally within ERP, EAM, FSM, or adjacent domains.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English - including the ability to craft compelling executive narratives, present with confidence to senior leadership, and adapt messaging across audiences and formats.

Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, demonstrating a global mindset-able to navigate diverse cultures, collaborate across regions, and adapt marketing strategies to different international markets.

Proven ability to utilize AI-driven marketing technologies and platforms to enhance campaign performance, streamline content development, and automate workflows in B2B environments

Strong leadership and alignment skills across sales and marketing.

Familiarity with enterprise MarTech and CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Demandbase, SiteCore, Writer, Canva) and the ability to evaluate and govern their use at scale.

Knowledge of the competitive enterprise software landscape in Oil & Gas (SAP, Oracle, ABB, AVEVA, or adjacent vendors).

Salary Range: $135,000- $175,000 annually + bonus
