Partner Manager

Drive partner recruitment, activation, commercial performance and revenue growth, continually identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth.

Support strategic initiatives for the partner program and process improvement.

Research competitors, analyse trends and share insights with stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to grow the partner ecosystem and translate strategy into execution.

Improve partner operations through effective collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.

Create documentation, enablement materials and training content.

Build reports and provide regular and ad-hoc partner performance insights.

Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management or a related field.

Experience in partner, channel or alliance management, ideally across OEM and ISV models.

Good understanding of contracts, pricing, licensing and royalty models.

Experience supporting co-sell and joint go-to-market activity.

Ability to align business process, technology and partner strategy.

Tenacious and delivery focused.

Self-driven and able to progress work independently.

Willing to learn, improve and find smarter ways of working.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Confident in documentation, presentation and training.

Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication.
