About The Role

  • We are expanding our Global Sales Force and seeking established Global Relationship Managers in various locations.
  • The ideal candidates will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex client interactions across different time zones and cultures.
  • The candidate must have experience in business development and selling to HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a liaison to top tier clients; provide solutions to client inquiries; conduct regular meetings with clients.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services; collaborate with sales and marketing teams; negotiate contracts.
  • Problem Management and Resolution: Manage wide scale service issues; handle trade related problems; oversee trade and margin analysis.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans; analyze market trends and client feedback.
  • Project Management: Oversee delivery of services and solutions; work in cross functional teams; monitor project progress and KPIs.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments; maintain detailed records; prepare regular reports.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in a Sales role in the Financial Services/Investment industry
  • A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline (HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors)
  • Excellent knowledge of the securities market: stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures and options
  • Proven experience in financial service sales and key account management
  • Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities
  • Motivation for sales and high energy
  • Fluent English. Additional languages will be an asset
  • Outstanding relationship building skills
