About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison to top tier clients, including premium retail and institutional clients, financial institutions, and high net worth individuals
- Provide solutions to client inquiries while complying with all company policies, practices, and procedures
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their needs, goals, and satisfaction levels
- Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions to existing clients
- Collaborate with the Regional Head, sales, and marketing teams to formulate strategies aimed at enhancing client relationships and supporting business development
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to enhance business performance and client satisfaction
- Focus on managing wide scale service issues and handling trade related problems
- Oversee trade and margin analysis, manage accounts and funding processes
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation
- Coordinate with various internal departments, such as technical operations and programming, to analyze and escalate issues appropriately
Requirements
- 10+ years in a Sales role in the Financial Services/Investment industry
- A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline (HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors)
- Excellent knowledge of the securities market: stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures and options
- Proven experience in financial service sales and key account management providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities
- Motivation for sales and high energy with a good sense of priorities and time management
- Fluent English
- Outstanding relationship building skills

About The Role
- We are expanding our Global Sales Force and seeking established Global Relationship Managers in various locations.
- The ideal candidates will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex client interactions across different time zones and cultures.
- The candidate must have experience in business development and selling to HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a liaison to top tier clients; provide solutions to client inquiries; conduct regular meetings with clients.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services; collaborate with sales and marketing teams; negotiate contracts.
- Problem Management and Resolution: Manage wide scale service issues; handle trade related problems; oversee trade and margin analysis.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans; analyze market trends and client feedback.
- Project Management: Oversee delivery of services and solutions; work in cross functional teams; monitor project progress and KPIs.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments; maintain detailed records; prepare regular reports.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in a Sales role in the Financial Services/Investment industry
