Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
Master's degree in Supply Chain or MBA preferred.
5-8 years of experience in a Buyer, Planner, or Procurement role, preferably in a global, multi-site environment.
Proven track record of driving supply chain optimization and process improvements.
Experience in the life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device industry is highly desirable.
