Position Summary

Support data-driven decision-making across order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, and customer care functions.

Analyze and visualize operational data to improve service levels, fulfillment performance, and customer satisfaction.

This is an early-career analyst opportunity within a global life sciences and diagnostics company.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise sources.
  • Create and maintain operational dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
  • Monitor key metrics across supply chain, order fulfillment, inventory, and customer service.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for global operations stakeholders.

Business Process Support

  • Document and map order fulfillment and supply chain processes in line with operational standards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives across customer care, logistics, manufacturing, and procurement.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and help identify corrective actions.

Systems and Data Management

  • Maintain data accuracy across reporting systems and databases.
  • Support SAP data extraction, validation, and reporting activities.
  • Assist in maintaining analytical tools, data models, and reporting structures.

Collaboration and Learning

  • Collaborate with planning, procurement, logistics, customer service, and manufacturing teams across the global network.
  • Support transformation and digitalization projects and provide analytical support in stakeholder meetings.
  • Stay informed about analytics tools, industry trends, and best practices in life sciences and diagnostics operations.
  • Learn about AI, automation, and advanced analytics as part of digital transformation efforts.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, supply chain, or operations.
  • Internship or project experience in data analysis is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
  • Basic SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA knowledge is preferred.
  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is preferred.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
