Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contracts, transfers, offboarding, and HR records
- Manage Saudi government platforms and ensure compliance with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Absher Business requirements
- Support Saudization compliance, localization initiatives, and government employment programs
- Manage visa, residency, work permit, immigration, and mobility processes across Saudi Arabia and UAE
- Coordinate with government authorities, PROs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of HR processes
- Support UAE employment operations including contracts, visa processes, and regulatory requirements
- Act as HR operations contact, maintain accurate employee data, support audits, and improve HR processes
Requirements
- Experience managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contracts, transfers, offboarding, and HR records
- Experience with Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher Business)
- Knowledge of Saudization compliance and localization initiatives
- Experience managing visa, residency, work permit, immigration, and mobility processes across Saudi Arabia and UAE
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of labor law and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia and UAE
