Job Description

  • Join us within Global Markets Fixed Income Sales as a VP in MENA coverage in Dubai.
  • You will be responsible for developing and deepening relationships with institutional clients, originating and executing fixed income and credit flow opportunities, and driving cross asset collaboration across the wider business.
  • You will possess strong expertise in credit markets, a proven track record in client coverage within the region, and the ability to identify and deliver solutions across a broad range of products.

To be successful you should have

  • Strong expertise in Fixed Income / Credit markets and flow products.
  • Proven experience in institutional client coverage and relationship management within the MENA region.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate and execute credit flow transactions in cash bonds, CDS, and derivatives.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to cross sell into Rates, FX, and Equities.

Additional Skills Of Value Include

  • Excellent verbal and written English language – Arabic beneficial but not essential
  • Experience delivering cross asset and structured financing solutions.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent pipeline and opportunity management discipline.
  • Proven ability to build professional networks, originate new business opportunities, and expand client relationships.

Purpose of the role

  • To develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business, maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, and achieve revenue targets.

Accountabilities

  • Development and maintenance of relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
  • Presentation and pitching of financial products and services to clients, tailored to their requirements.
  • Liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of client requests.
  • Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations.
  • Collaboration with research analysts and other teams to provide clients with insights and market updates.
  • Negotiation of terms and agreements with clients to finalise sales transactions.
