Global Management Development Programme (Outperformer)

Outperformer is our flagship global leadership development programme – a fast paced, immersive, two year journey designed to stretch your thinking, build your capabilities, and give you real responsibility from day one. This is where your potential becomes real and plays a key role in achieving our purpose of Making Construction Better.

As an Outperformer, you’ll rotate through diverse roles and teams across our business, both locally and internationally. You’ll learn from experienced senior leaders, work on high impact projects, and grow through intentional coaching and mentoring – all while gaining a deep understanding of Hilti’s customer focused business model. You can choose from two tracks: Business Track with 4 rotations: o 12 months as an Account Manager or Field Engineer in Great Britain – owning customer relationships and seeing our products and solutions come to life. o 3 months on an operational project in Northern Europe (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, or Ireland) across areas like marketing, engineering, HR, logistics, or finance. o 6 months on a strategic project at our Regional Headquarters in Manchester. o 3 months on an international assignment outside Northern Europe. Finance Track has two options: o Option 1:  12 months as an Account Manager in Great Britain.  3 months on a local finance project in Northern Europe.  6 months in Controlling & Reporting in Great Britain.  3 months on an international finance project. o Option 2:  3–6 months in Accounting & Shared Services.  6–9 months in Controlling & Reporting.  3 months in Credit & Collections.  3 months on a local finance project.  6 months on an international project in a Market Reach Competence Centre in Germany. Whichever track you choose, every rotation is designed to give you confidence, skills, and a global mindset.
