Build trust and collaborate effectively across teams and borders.
Develop and maintain program plans, identify resource needs, and manage schedules.
Drive creative and practical solutions to issues through effective collaboration.
Ensure steady-state IT support for new technologies and comprehensive issue resolution post-implementation.
Manage the programs financial health and establish an effective chargeback model.
Provide professional and honest status reports tailored to the audience’s needs. Ensure regular updates using the appropriate format.

Minimum of 15 years in an IT Program / Project Management role at a large organization.
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or a certificate in project management.
Experience of running RFP vendor selection processes.
Proficiency in program management methods and tools.
Strong management and organizational abilities.
Experience of the ITIL framework and with the commercial real estate industry is an asset
Proven ability to motivate and manage large, diverse teams.
Highly self-motivated with an outgoing personality.
Professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
