Role Overview
Own the day-to-day operation of a global private-cloud and infrastructure estate spanning Kubernetes, datacenters, networks, platform services, and outsourced providers.
The role owns operational health, availability, cost, and service quality and reports to the SVP, Global Head of Engineering and Infrastructure.
This is an estate-operations leadership role rather than a service-desk role.
Work Environment
- The role is based at the apexanalytix Global Capability Center in Noida, India.
- Occasional travel is required, including periodic travel to company datacenters and global offices.
Operational Leadership
- Advise leadership on operational strategy, reliability investment, run-cost, and the in-house versus outsourced service model.
- Escalate capacity, reliability, lifecycle, and vendor-performance issues with evidence and drive them to resolution.
- Translate business priorities into service models and vendor commercial terms with Finance, Procurement, and regional leaders.
