Global IT Configuration Engineer Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in enterprise platform engineering, technical program management, or integration architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and platform architecture — including familiarity with AI/GenAI platforms and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder release programs in large, global enterprise environments.
• Experience leading security and architecture reviews and managing vendor relationships in an enterprise technology context.
• Prior experience in a consulting, platform, or SaaS environment with exposure to enterprise-scale AI or productivity tool implementations is strongly preferred.
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive test plans and release validation frameworks is preferred.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to operate effectively across technical and business audiences at a global scale.
• Familiarity with GenAI trends, agentic frameworks, and enterprise AI adoption patterns is preferred.
• Experience working in agile teams and applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe), including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional agile ceremonies; familiarity with agile delivery practices in an enterprise platform or engineering context is preferred.

• Engineers within the CT GenAI Portfolio, including integration and platform squads.
• Product, Security, Legal, and Procurement stakeholders across CT GenAI and the broader BCG

firm.

• Third-party GenAI vendors and platform partners.
• QA and release validation teams for platform enhancements and new capability rollouts.
