About the Role
Red Sea Gateway Terminal seeks a Global Investment Senior Manager to drive international investments strategy. The role involves financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, and stakeholder management to support M&A and investment decisions.

Responsibilities
- Drive RSGT’s investments and M&A strategy towards its emergence as a key regional and global port operator
- Evaluate and analyse identified investment opportunities and participate in deal closures
- Coordinate the preparation and review of proposal documents, developing responses to RFQs/RFPs
- Conduct in depth analysis of financial statements, economic data, and market trends
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast investment performance
- Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential investments
- Prepare and support investment recommendations and insights to senior management
- Develop and maintain government stakeholder relations in Saudi Arabia and its relevant entities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree from a reputed institution is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of full time experience relevant to the key responsibilities
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Mature messaging and presentation skills towards internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in ports business development or other infrastructure sectors
- High proficiency in English and Arabic
