About the Role
Goldman Sachs is hiring an Equity Research Associate for the MENA Non-Financials team in Dubai. The role involves covering companies, publishing research reports, interacting with clients, and building financial models.

Responsibilities
- Assist with coverage of companies within MENA Non Financials
- Publish regular industry and company specific reports
- Interact with external investing client base
- Interact with internal clients including Equity Sales, Sales Traders and Traders
- Manage relationships with covered companies
- Help facilitate client corporate interaction through forums, events and conferences
- Respond to ad hoc requests from external clients and internal counterparts
- Build, maintain and update company and industry models
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Equity Research, investing, consulting, or closely related role
- Strong knowledge of MENA Equities, with expertise in Commodities, Healthcare and Consumer an advantage
- Thorough understanding of financial statement analysis and equity valuation frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate
- FCA registration required (must be obtained within first six months of employment)

Global Investment Research Overview
- From macroeconomic forecasts to individual stock analysis, our team develops tools and insights to help shape investment strategies for clients and the firm.
- Our analysts work on client focused research in the equity, fixed income, currency, and commodities markets.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with coverage of companies within MENA Non Financials
