The Information Security Services Team seeks an Information Security Product and Service Delivery Specialist for Global Security Operations.
The role drives delivery and execution of cybersecurity services across the Global Security Operations Center Center of Excellence.
The specialist ensures consistent delivery of log ingestion, use case development, threat detection, and incident response across regions.
The role leads cross-functional coordination, manages operational metrics, and aligns service delivery with risk objectives and governance standards.
Global Security Operations Delivery
- Drive end-to-end GSOC service delivery across global regions.
- Coordinate onboarding and integration of new log sources with regional teams and technology partners.
- Lead development, tuning, and governance of GSOC use cases to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives.
- Manage cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery and communicate outcomes to regional stakeholders.
- Develop KPIs and service-level metrics covering operational health, risk appetite, and residual risk.
- Coordinate remediation with cybersecurity, risk, and control teams and track service delivery gaps.
