About Cbox Containers
CBOX Containers is an international container platform specialized in container sales, rental, leasing, one way leasing and global trading activities.
From our Dubai global operations hub, we coordinate container operations, depot activities and equipment flows for our international offices and stock locations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.
Our Dubai office plays a central role in supporting operations for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong, UAE and various additional countries where CBOX maintains stock and operational activities.
Due to our continued international growth, we are looking for an experienced and operationally strong:
Container Operations & Equipment Control Specialist
This is not a standard back-office role.
We are looking for someone who genuinely understands container logistics and operational container flows.
Someone who has experience working within the container industry and understands how depot operations, equipment control and international logistics work in practice.
Candidates with experience at shipping lines, container depots, leasing companies, NVOCC’s, logistics providers or container trading companies are highly preferred.
You are operationally strong, commercially aware and comfortable working in a modern international environment where technology, automation and operational efficiency are becoming increasingly important.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing daily container movements and depot administration across global operations
- Coordinating equipment repositioning and operational flows between international offices and depots
- Monitoring stock availability and container movements worldwide
- Coordinating closely with depots, transport companies and logistics partners globally
- Managing one way container administration and operational tracking
- Following up on operational issues, delays and depot discrepancies
- Verifying operational documentation and movement reports
- Supporting international sales, procurement and operations teams
- Ensuring operational accuracy within ERP systems and operational platforms
- Working with operational dashboards, reporting tools and performance data
- Supporting operational improvements, automation and process optimization initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience within the container industry
- Experience with depot operations, shipping lines, leasing, container trading or NVOCC operations
- Strong understanding of container logistics and operational flows
- Knowledge of IICL standards and container equipment handling is a strong advantage
- Experience with daily moves, depot administration and equipment control
- Experience with ERP systems and operational software
- Experience with Zoho or similar systems is strongly preferred
- Experience with Power BI, dashboards and operational reporting tools is a major plus
- Strong interest and understanding of AI tools, automation and modern technologies
- Comfortable working with modern digital workflows and process optimization
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, both written and spoken
- Additional languages are considered a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Hands on mentality with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
- UAE based candidates are preferred
