- As our company continues to grow rapidly, we are professionalizing and optimizing the complete software and systems environment across all departments and countries.
- We are looking for a highly driven and technically skilled Business Systems & Automation Specialist who can take ownership of our business software ecosystem and help us build scalable, automated and efficient operations.
- This is NOT a standard IT support role.
- We are specifically searching for someone who understands:
- CRM systems
- HR systems
- business software implementation
- automation
- APIs & integrations
- workflows
- commercial systems
- operational process optimization
- You will work directly with management and help connect and optimize all core systems within the company.
Systems You Will Work With
- Examples include:
- CRM systems
- HR Systems
- ERP systems
- Power BI
- AI tools
- Automation platforms
- Telephony systems
- Marketing systems
- Future ERP and AI solutions
Business Systems Management
- Configure and optimize company software platforms
- Improve workflows and user adoption
- Standardize systems across multiple countries and teams
- Support operational scalability
Integrations & Automation
- Build integrations between systems
- Manage APIs and data synchronization
- Create automation workflows using tools such as Make, Zapier or n8n
- Improve efficiency through automation
Crm & Commercial Systems
- Optimize CRM environment
- Improve sales pipelines and workflows
- Setup commercial reporting and dashboards
- Improve lead and customer management processes
Hr & Operational Systems
- Support implementation and optimization of systems
- Improve onboarding and HR workflows
- Help centralize operational processes
Ai & Innovation
- Explore AI-driven opportunities
- Implement AI automations and workflow improvements
- Support future digital transformation projects
What We Are Looking For
- You are highly organized, technical and capable of understanding both systems and business processes.
- You have:
- Experience with business software implementations
- Experience with CRM and operational systems
- Understanding of APIs, workflows and automation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Independent and proactive mindset
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong advantages
- Experience with HubSpot
- Experience with Deel, Dialpad or similar platforms
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with AI tools and automation
- Experience in international companies
